I have 19 surfaces to represent a roof. I apply a single pressure to all the surfaces. Three have the pressure going in the wrong direction. How do I reverse the normal direction for those 3 surfaces?

Use FEM Edit Tools/Element Orientation. This can be used to reverse unmeshed surfaces as well as meshed ones.
