Good morning,

I wanted to know if there is the possibility to make a circular copy of a mesh around an axes.

Yes, you can do this using the transform tool in its rotation mode:

To access the rotation mode, press R when you have the transform tool active. Press T to return to translate mode. See also the tutorial video on the Transform tool.

Not directly. Currently the only way to do that is via a script.
