The Creo file is a Creo 4.0 assembly file. It hasn't got any strange geometrical features or anything too complex, but neither APEX or Patran seem to want to import it as solids.
This sort of problem crops up occasionally but is difficult to diagnose. Clearly there's something in this model that the translator is struggling with. If possible, can you export it to a different file format (e.g. STEP) and see if that imports more successfully?
