Is there a way to create a group that contains connectors? I would like to be able to select only the connector elements for element force output request but the group tool appears to only allow selection of geometry or mesh, not connectors.
By the way, if you're using groups in Apex you might be interested to know that there are three new custom tools for groups included in Apex 2023.3:
Boolean Groups - replicates Patran's group boolean functions
Group From IDs - allows you to create groups by inputting node/element IDs rather than selection from the screen
Groups to Session File - allows you to write out groups definitions to a Patran session file so you can recreate the groups if you move a model to Patran.
If you're using an earlier version of Apex any of these tools can be provided to run in that version.
