Once you have oriented the view to exactly the way you want it (such as by mouse rotation or using Viewing/Transformations), you can save the view by going to Viewing/Named View Options.
Click on "Create View" and enter a title for the view to be saved. After it's saved, you can go back and recall the view on this same menu whenever you want the model to be oriented in this view.
