How to control the "select contiguous face" selection

i would like to know how to control the "select contiguous face" selection using angle parameter or something !

Lets imagine i have the combination of flat surface and curved surfaces. i want only select the flat surface. If i use the "select contiguous face" selection, in this case its selecting both flat and curved surface.

Contiguous face selection tool currently does not support the selection based on angle. This has already been reported to the product development team with product enhancement request. and will be available in future release.
