How to rotate the custom coordinate system

i have created the new coordinate, i want to rotate into some angle (ie. 45 degree) about specific axis (ie. x-axis)

For rotating the co-ordinate system, while you are creating it, just press "R" on keyboard and enter the desired angle or you can rotate manually the axis ring which dynamically update the value.
