Extract pre-loaded nonlinear stiffness matrix using EXTSEOUT in SOL 400

I have been successful in extracting pre-loaded nonlinear stiffness matrices using EXTSEOUT in SOL 103 restarting from a SOL106, such as suggested in the topic:
 
 
Now, I need to do the same, but using STEPS in SOL 400, but analysis fails. While SOL 103 just exports SE files, not actually solving the modal problem, it seems that SOL 400 solves the modal problem and ignores the EXTSEOUT command.
 
Could anybody help me solve this matter?

    Version 2018 extends the External Superelement capability to SOL 400 and includes several minor enhancements to external superelement analysis in general. It is important to note that the program (MSC Nastran) will create external part superelements with component mode reduction or Guyan reduction for inclusion in a nonlinear analysis. All nonlinearities are assumed to exist in the residual structure only since it is understood that part superelements will only have linear behavior. The following use cases are supported.
