If you have Op2 already generated then other than using Post-processor, like Patran there is no easy way…however, if rerun is possible option available then you can use SET command asking output for limited element output to reduce the size of your result file. Better option is, try asking for HDF5 output instead of op2, then size of the file will be less compared with op2, and you can post-process easily with Patran.
