Can anyone recommend some articles or primer book about DMAP？

I want to learn how to using DMAP，and there is little resource about it，only the DMAP Guide file in NASTRAN Document. Can anyone introduce how to learn it or recommend article about it？

If you want a book, "Programming DMAP in MSC.Nastran Direct Matrix Abstract Programming" by Mark Robinson is a good one.
