It has been requested to perform a modal analysis with modal damping. When I have performed normal modes analysis (Sol 103) in Nastran, it seems that damping is neglected. Is there a way that modal damping can be included in the modal analysis?

The exercise is part of a FEM verification. No loading is specified, either transient or frequency response. The requirement is to provide damping definition (up to 150 Hz) and modal damping is required in the modal analysis. I'm using MSC-Nastran 2017.
