Help with computing stresses in random analysis for a large model. Can I do a restart from a modal analysis to speed up the solution?

I have a large model that I want to compute RMS stresses for. The model includes both plate and solid elements.

I'm not sure of the question... if you use STRESS(PLOT) in the SOL111 run, then the frequency response stresses will be stored on the results file (op2, xdb, etc), but NOT printed to the f06. This doesn't have any bearing on the Random portion of the response.
