How to understand status of ongoing contact convergence?

With a long-running linear contact analysis, how can I interpret the f06 output to get a feel for the progress of convergence?

    I'll just do a cut and paste instead of a screen capture...
     
     subcase   inc cycl sepa cut   cycl  split  separ  cut rmesh time step  total time wall time  cpu time  max resp. type
