file where BCTABLE is not appearing even I am using contact table to define master and slave. with exported bdf it is giving fatal error. please find the attached bdf herein
This doesn't seem correct- it should have the BCONTACT=0 above the first subcase and then the BCTABL1/BCONECT info in the bulk data, matching anything special you defined. I used your bdf and imported into Patran 2017, redefined the contact bodies and recreated the load case/BCTABLE... then exported a new bdf and it is correct. See the attached. You might just need to start over.
i checked the model provided by you and it works perfectly for me.
we are able to redefine contact bodies but not able to recreated BCTABLE through patran in our old bdf file. I am still clue less how did you get BCONTACT=0 above the subcace and BCTABL1/BCONECT info in the bulk data.
Could you please help us as which option in patran (2017) providing above parameter(BCONTACT=0,BCTABLE1/BCONECT) reported after exporting the .bdf. Thanks in advance.
