Be sure you have installed nastran/Patran on a supported os and running using appropriate command. What happens when running directly using the nastran executable?

Running on windows 10. But I don't think that's the issue. Can you please provide some web conference support?

Another message I keep getting is:

Please ensure your P3_TRANS.INI or site_setup file correctly points to the solver executable or that you have correctly set the proper environment variables to do the same.
