Using NASTRAN 2013.1 is there a way to combine the RMS stresses calculated from a random analysis to create a pseudo Von Mises stress?

This is done correctly in MSC.Random within Patran...

I have tried to get PATRAN to calculate stresses for a group of elements I output from my random analysis, without success. Most of the element results are not available and according to MSC support, I have encountered a bug in the program.
