Local Peek stress using Contact Analysis for bolted joint Structure

I am performing the contact analysis using SOl400 to check the max. stress causing due to temperature dependency and point loads.
The model consists of three components which are bolted together.
Meshed with hexagonal elements and bolts are modelled using CBEAM elements.
For the application of bolt preload, BOLT (Nastran card) is used.
 
loading is applied in three steps:
Step1: Preload
Step2: Preload + Temperature
Step3:Preload + Temperature + other loads.
 
 
The mesh at the contact region from both the compoents is identical.
In the attachment, please find the fe model screen shots including nodal stresses and contact parameters.
 
In the results, it shows peek local stresses(at a node of element) at one or 2 elements of a contact area. It's not clear for me what is the reason for it.
