MSC Nastran Community Forum I ran a contact analysis with Nastran s400. there are the fatal as shown below. Attached is f06, f04, the log file for review. f06 is so big that last a few pages were left. Please kindly check this.

Hi,

There are multiple causes for USER FATAL MESSAGE 9032 (SUBDMAP NONLIN) such as lack of memory, poor element quality, Incorrect contact setup etc..

There is not enough information in the f06 extract provided here. however, in the f04 file, I see the possible reason could be lack of memory.

Please run the job with MEM=16GB SMEM=8GB BUFFSIZE=65537 and check, If more RAM is available you can assign more than 16GB.
