When trying to run a bdf file, Nastran closes almost instantly. I tried to check the F06 file for Fatal Errors, but no output files were generated. How do I diagnose what's going wrong?
When trying to run a bdf file, Nastran closes almost instantly. I tried to check the F06 file for Fatal Errors, but no output files were generated. How do I diagnose what's going wrong?
Try adding PAUSE=YES to the command line (or optional keywords)... this should cause the pop-up window to remain and you can review it for any diagnostic messages. It is likely there is a licensing issue or maybe a permissions issue, or maybe a missing scratch directory.
