How to model a viscoelastic material using Storage and Loss modulus

Hi everyone, I have to run some armonic analysis on a rubber component. Its mechanical properties are frequency dependent.

The component supplier provided me a datasheet with the stiffness and loss factor (tan_d) at several frequencies.

For each value I would like to enter the material specs using the relationship between the Loss Shear Modulus, the Storage Shear Modulus and the loss factor tan_d, but using Patran 2019 I cannot use these parameters as the required input for viscoelastic material are different (Shear and Bulk constant, Energy function multiplayer, deviatoric multiplier).

Does anyone have any hints?

See MATVE entry in QRG. It takes input for all the values in terms of Prony series coefficients.

There are external softwares like Viscodata which will convert the data that you have into Prony series coefficients which we can input to nastran.
