You can always do a data recovery only RESTART and change the data requests... this can be done over and over for any specific SUBCASE. Another possibility is to introduce an additional SUBCASE right after and have an insignificant additional load with just a single increment so it solves quickly... this SUBCASE can have whatever different data recovery you want.
attached is a zip file of a sample run stream... first three runs use restart to 'walk' up to a final loading via 1 subcase each and the 4th restarts for the purpose of data recovery only with a subset and redirecting to the pch file...
