You can use ELSUM case control entry to do that

I tried with ELSUM option, but its writing each element mass in F06.

Here my requirement is CUMULATIVE or TOTAL MASS of the particular elements in that set.

Output is preferable in .op2 or .pch format.

Hi Venkatesh,

you can use statements like below:

SET 99 = 23,28,30,40,THRU,48

ELSUM(EIDSUM)=99

Set 99 is a group of elements id's, it is referencing to ELSUM case-control entry. EIDSUM can ensure that you are getting only a summary of masses of a group of elements in set 99

If the number of elements is high, then use the pre-processor to create the SET

This output is only available in f06
