Nastran SOL 400 error

I am running a rubber seal using sol 400.

Before the entire model run, I made a small model.

there is two rigid body which is surface and deformable body which is mesh.

I applied the Position condition(moving condition) to the Rigid body.

the fatal below occured

*** SYSTEM FATAL MESSAGE 8109 (MCN1INIS)

Error encountered while sending DISTRT data to the 3D Contact Component

0FATAL ERROR

Could you kindly give me some advice?

The error message indicates that rigid body 3 (Grommet) with the specified position cannot contact with any deformable body. It failed contact check. I removed the displacement specified for body 3 in the attached deck. The job can run now.

Do you know the subdivisions in U direction, subdivisions in V direction, subdivisions for V direction as shown below?

this appears on the rigid body on the sol400.

when I didn't input any value in these subdivisions,

Fail below occurred.

Could you kindly let us know what the subdivision means?
