Linear Transient Analysis in SOL400

If I want to perform a Linear transient analysis in SOL400. Which analysis type should I use in ANALYSIS deck? Because I use MSC Apex I can not perfrom SOL109

SOL400 does not have a direct linear transient solution. You can try ANALYSIS=MTRAN which is a Modal Linear Transient solution.
