MSC Nastran Community Forum I am running a large random analysis model for calculating accelerations, displacements and stresses and I encountered a message in the f06 that I cant attribute to any problems in the results. I was looking for some clarification on the meaning.

I am running random analysis (SEMFREQ) under 2013.1 NASTRAN, and I encountered this message in the f06 file:

*** SYSTEM WARNING MESSAGE 3002 (RANDOM)

EOF ENCOUNTERED WHILE READING DATA BLOCK OES2 (FILE 107) IN SUBROUTINE RAND2B

Thank you. I expected that the large stress element request would be a problem and planned on either changing scratch file setup or breaking the stress runs into smaller pieces.

Please ignore the messages for now are results are available. Test in the latest version to see if the warning messages are still there. We can look further into it if it still appears in latest version.
