Geometric Stiffness Matrix

I am trying to compute the geometric stiffness matrices of a model with distributed loading. I would like to export what is being showed in the textbook excerpt below. I am unfamiliar with how to go about exporting this matrix. I can set up the model, loading, and run a SOL101, but don't know about the output. Is this the same thing as a differential stiffness matrix? Any insight on how to go about this would be appreciated!

  • Geometric stiffness is not the same as differential stiffness. Nastan will allow you to export stiffness matrix via
    EXTSEOUT, alternatively you can use the ALTER to extract stiffness matrices. Diffential stiffness can be generated in nonlinear solution sequences such as SOL 400 or SOL 106.
