How to enforce rotation about an axis of a CORD2R?

How should I prescribe a rotation of a group of nodes about the y-axis of a CORD2R. Using SPCD seems to rotate about the globaly y-axis, not a local axis. Thank you

May have found a solution: Assigning the CORD2R of interest to the CD of the grid to be rotated seems to assign the desired rotation axes.
