checking the MSC Nastran quick reference guide I could find that RESVEC currently is supposed to be in the Case Control Section and not anymore in the bulk section as PARAM.
Could you please confirm that it is not necessary to explicitly request the calculation of the Residual Vector for SOL111?
In the bdf file I have a commented line:
