Coincident Vs Non Coincident CBUSH element usage

Hi,
I would like to know, at what type of modelling joint, Coincident and Non-Coincident Cbush elements are useful.
I have looked into the QRG, its says non-coincident cbush element will create the coupling.

I do agree with this statement. But i was unable to understand at what situation i can use coincident Cbush and non-coincident Cbush element.

It mostly depends on application, where the non coincident grids are able to represent the element axis of the cbush. Else use the coincident with CID field representing the element axis. User should be aware of the coupling created due to the non coincident grids.

How much length (i.e, 0.1 in) of non-coincident Cbush element are acceptable. IS there any criteria defined?
