Cbush forces are defined w.r.t the element coordinates. The axial axis is from grid A to grid B which is considered as x axis. For coincident grid A and grid B user needs to define coordinate for cbush elements.
We cannot get the element forces in different coordinate in a single run. Rather you can use the monitor points to do that

Monitor points can be used to get the specific outputs, these are named by MONPNTi where i is a integer. In your case I believe MONPNT3 can be useful. For more details you can go through the webinar:
