If you use the preview version of Connect, yes, it will be.
If you get a license for Materials Enrich, then you will get also an access to Materials Connect. This access will be not preview anymore. All data you will upload, will be then visible only by you and the other users of your company but will be invisible for all others users including Hexagon of course.
