Every command in a session file is essentially a PCL function call. To call your own function, just put the appropriate function call in the session file, exactly as if you were running it from the Patran command line.

Also, make sure your function is available. There are several ways to do this.

Be sure this is done prior to calling your function.

!! INPUT your_function.pcl

Pre-compiling the function and attaching as a library:

!! LIBRARY your_function.plb

Optionally you can use

!! PATH to find the files above in alternate directories.

You can also sys_input(), sys_library(), and sys_path() in lieu of above calls.

Yes, It worked. I just called !! Input function.pcl and function () in my session file. It executes it.
