How can I get the loading/ reaction of celas 1 point element?

First, before you run, request Element Forces in Output Requests. To do this, go to the Analysis menu, Subcases > Output Requests.

This should result in a FORCE = ALL in your Case Control of your BDF.

And when you run and read back the results, you should have Spring Forces as a choice in your list of Results.
