How to get a list of posted group names?

Question

I can use the PCL function ga_group_groups_get() to get a list of all group names in a database, but what I want is a list of all posted groups. Is there a function to retrieve this info, or a way to determine if a particular group is currently posted or not?

try ga_viewport_ngroups_get and ga_viewport_groups_get. this will get you the groups posted to a particular viewport.
