Output results in rpt.file

Dear all,
In the past an outputfile has been created for the stress tensor.
This outputfile is an rpt.file
Added I have a picture of these results.
I would like to know how to create these kind of files.
I guess it should be somewhere in Results --> create --> report
In the releaseguide I also do not find it.

    Indeed that is the misleading part. I already applied your message and in both cases (selecting elements or nodes) in the title it gives Entity: Element Tensor.
    However the title for the column HAS changed.
    It will change to Entity ID--El. (if you select elements).

    My predecessor also added the minimum and maximum value in the title (header).
    I think this is a PCL command or he did it manually for each loadcase.
    Is it possible to add this to the title below the entity or if I delete this entity below the Layer ID?
    In this format:
     
    min: -100.999 @ ID=1005000
    max: 197.666 @ ID= 1104280
     
    Nodal_entity
    Element_results
