Couple/Connect two RBE2`s. Connecting the independent nodes.

A question I asked earlier for modelling a bearing (two discs) can be done by modelling two rbe2 for each disc. The question now is how to connect the independent nodes of the two discs to eachother.

Anyway good to have it in the "database"

For our loadcases we don`t have the proper license so I will not use this approach for the time being.
