Yes, Acumen has a lot of useful functions. Glad to help. I forgot to mention...there are ways to move elements without having to write PCL. Some options are:
Group/Transform... (Move or Copy options)
Transform methods include: Translate, Rotate, Mirror, Scale, Mirror, MCoord, Pivot, Position. There are options to also transform Loads/BCs and/or Element Properties.
Shareware Utility: FEM-General -> Fem Transform...
This utility moves the elements by modifying the nodal coordinates. Transform methods include: Translate, Rotate, Mirror, Scale. (MCoord is coming in 2018)
