I have 2 models which works separately fine.

I imported them in one file. In fact an upper part and a bottom part (two assemblies).

Alo this model runs.

However when I perform a FEM Transport which takes 15min for only rotating the upper part, the model crashes afterwards on FEM qualtity!

What can be the reason for this?

Thanks in advance. Now it is really urgent.

With regard to performance I did a quick test with 2010084 elements. The rotate happens in seconds rather than minutes on my machine. The Group rotate/move is faster then FEM rotate /delete .

Addition of MPCs slows down the process this can be significant.
