This is not a license error, but something going wrong in the processes being run that is not being caught with a nice explanation. Typically it is a fault with file handling / access / spaces in path names etc. But these do not seem the case here. Do you have the "C:\MSC.Software\Patran_x64\20180\coretech\cttrans.exe" file, maybe during installation something went wrong and some files got blocked/removed?
Yes, I have the file "C:\MSC.Software\Patran_x64\20180\coretech\cttrans.exe". I do not know what should blocked the access, I'm administrator on the machine. By the way the operating system is WINDOWS 10.
