An internal error in patran2019 when OP2 file is attached

Hello,

I installed Patran 2019 on Windows and tried to attach OP2 file which size is 93.9MB(SOL400). But I got an internal error with a message below.

An internal error occurred when retrieving Direct Results Access data in routine: "DraGetStateData".

I already read the following article and tried to create a new db, import the bdf and access result. But the problem didn’t solve. Is there any solution?

There are some issues reported with PARAM,POST,+1 and model with contacts . Workaround would be to use HDF5.

Run your model with below line in begin bulk section.

MDLPRM,HDF5,1

Then in Access Results->attach hdf5. Let me know if this works.
