In my experience, there is no quick way to do this. You could extract 2D elements from the solid element free faces, and there are tools to create surfaces from the 2D elements. Subsequently, you can use the existing solid building tools such as Create > Solid > B-Rep to create a solid, but ultimately, it will be a tedious and manual process.
