What I really need is to stop the message window from echoing out the pcl commands issued from the utility ( in order to speed up the time patran takes to complete all the commands). Seems like it would go faster if not every command was echoed out in the message window. Thanks
Oh I see. I initially thought that was what you meant, but wasn't sure. To hide the command window, simple right-click on the blank space on the tabbed menu and uncheck Command Window.
Yes, hiding the command window may speed up a command that dumps a lot of messages and you can do this in the SKIN gui (typical speedup: 2x) . If you run a command that refreshes the graphic after each changed entity you should unpost the viewport to get a significant speedup (typical speedup: 50x).
