Go to File/Import and select MSC.Patran DB as the Source. Click on MSC.Patran DB Options; this brings up a form where you can select what you want to import from the source db. If you only want to import Coord Frames, switch off everything else, as in the image below.
Here I've opted to import all coord frames, but you can be more selective if necessary by typing in required IDs in the Import Filter Options form (which comes up when you click on any cell in the import table):
