My boss just told me that I was late 67 times last year and so far this year 22 times…he didn’t write me up. It’s a good thing I guess.
So which one was the "good" thing? Being late (was it a good reason?)or not getting wrote up?
At a place I once worked an employee was on his last leg of tardies. When the personnel manager (that's what they were called then) asked him why he was late AGAIN, his answer was,
