They told me in the Marines that...... "Excuses are like asss holes everybody has one & they all stink"
Both...I don't have any excuses and he never ask... I was 55 minutes late this morning
So which one was the "good" thing? Being late (was it a good reason?)or not getting wrote up?
At a place I once worked an employee was on his last leg of tardies. When the personnel manager (that's what they were called then) asked him why he was late AGAIN, his answer was,
"I just had to get that last nut"
No other questions followed.
I guess he understood that was an acceptable reason.
You were not late.Somewhere on earth was a time that would have put you 5 minutes early.
i think DungT could manage to get late in that part of the world too
