If your SMA is expired are you still entitled to MR that are released after your SMA expires? For example, I have version 4.2 and our SMA expired on 6/30/2008. Version 4.2 MR3 was released 2/10/2009. I'm I entitled to MR3?

    You would think so right? I mean if you bought Windoze XP you got all the updates for as long as it was supported without having to hand over more jack. Of course if you wanted to move up to the newer full release of 2000 or Vista, then out with the wallet. But this is Hexagooooooooon we are talking about, not the evil empire in Seattle, so the answer is NOPE. Tough cookie for you, or your employer. If you bought a new machine that came loaded with a bunch of dookie and 14 months later they finally roll out an MR3 or MR4 that is near perfect, you don't get it unless you fork over more. It's all about the profit not the usability of the product. Silly Rabbit.

    Oh, BTW (By The Way), whatever version you do have is actually perfect, the perceived "problems" are all down to user error, or so I have been told.
