Career advice

I have only OJT for CMM programming (and everything else), no formal education/credentials. I plan on testing for a ASQ QA/QC Tech certificate in the fall/winter. Other than that, I have no idea what I can do to help myself get a "leg-up" in this field. I would like to advance in it, though, since I have found I enjoy it and I'm pretty decent at it so far. So, any career advice?

Hey Don, d'you reckon Ranger will let you tag along for this very important task next year? Or will it just be for bosses? Personally, I think you should go alone as he went this year

Right now I'm trying to MAN UP and dry my crying princess eyes for the wounderful words Rangerboat has said... As for tagging along next year, I think its to much of a dog and pony show for me. If I went I'd never leave the Ranch....... WAIT I mean Las Vegas...
