Has anyone or do you know of anyone or shop ever sued over a layout? Be it that they lied on the layout. Be it that it was just human error. Be it that the print was not correct and it was laid out to that. I have been in the field for over 25 years and been online for I dont know 10 or more and have never heard of it.
