Need some help

Hi,
I am looking on retrofitting my CMM machine. We currently have a Mitutoyo B-231 machine and it uses an old ISA card and uses QC5000 software. What we are trying to find out if we can do the upgrade ourselves by buying a new PCI card and software. What I would like to know what kind of card and software’s are out there that we can buy. Any info would be great

  • The Mitutoyo B-231 that we have is a manual CMM powered by MCOSMOS software.When I first began using the Mitutoyo it was using a DOS-driven god-knows-what software that I definately don't miss.So the answer is yes and yes.Contact any reputable sales rep in your area familiar with the Mitutoyo.
