Exporting CMM Programs

Hello Comrades,
Need your help as usual. I have a situation to handle, but I’m not sure how ..
I have a co-worker who is NOT a programmer; I guess he used to be on operator. The problem is that he likes to play with the CMM programs because he has no clue of what’s going on. How would you handle this?? Thru e-mail or verbally to the boss

Make sure you have back ups of all your programs!!! I used to always have to reload programs after off shifts "tinkered" with them because they did not understand what you could and couldn't adjust. Instead of adjusting approaches or clearances to get an out of spec part to run, I'd find nominals adjusted and the printout would show the results good and lines were given the ok to run.
